What You’ll Do Design a competitive global compensation framework, including fixed pay and variable incentive programs. Develop internal salary bands and job grading structures aligned with market trends, balancing standardization and flexibility. Conduct market research and benchmarking to continuously enhance compensation competitiveness. Performance Management Build and implement performance management systems for global and remote teams (OKRs, project-based reviews, 360 feedback, etc.). Collaborate with business leaders to drive goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluations. Design incentive mechanisms that link performance outcomes to rewards, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop diverse incentive programs tailored to company growth and workforce needs. Monitor program effectiveness and optimize reward structures to maximize business impact and employee engagement. Project Management & Data Analytics Lead annual compensation reviews, merit adjustments, and incentive program execution. Build and maintain C&B dashboards to provide actionable insights for talent and business decisions. Manage HR systems and tools to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent English for professional communication. 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in tech or multinational companies. Proven experience designing and implementing C&B frameworks and incentive programs. Strong data analysis skills for benchmarking, cost modelling, and incentive ROI evaluation. Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highly accountable, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
