Our mission is to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money. We seek a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing top-tier talent across the globe. This is a full-time position open to qualified candidates in multiple locations. Responsibilities Build a pipeline of top talent for current and future roles across multiple departments by leveraging boolean searches, advanced sourcing techniques, and creative networking/events to locate and engage passive candidates. Research target companies, market trends, and candidate availability in specific industries to inform talent acquisition strategies. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements and nuances of executive roles fully. Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate data, and hiring metrics to track progress and drive improvements in the talent sourcing process. Analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate efficiency and outcomes, making recommendations for process improvements. Effectively manage candidate relationships through the sourcing, interview, and offer stages. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in in-house executive search teams or executive search agencies. 5+ years of experience in executive sourcing or talent acquisition specifically focused on sourcing senior/executive-level candidates. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience sourcing for critical roles in diverse industries such as technology, finance, crypto, or other specialized sectors. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage high-level talent. Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and executives. Strong team player with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with external candidates. Why Join Us?
