We’re looking for a Recruitment Sourcer who will take our sourcing strategies to the next level, communicate smoothly, support the development of talent pipelines, and bring the world’s top A‑Players to Revolut. What You’ll Be Doing Building and implementing sourcing strategies Developing talent pipelines and executing tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels and alternative search techniques Working with recruiters and hiring managers to optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging data Using our ATS to store, manage, and engage appropriate talent pools Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods What You’ll Need Agency or in‑house sourcing experience with top talent in Financial Services or Tech firms Deep understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and global talent markets Clear, concise communication with candidates early in the recruitment process Results‑driven mindset and proven experience sourcing top talent at scale Strong prioritisation and action orientation under competing demands Love for problem solving and data‑driven decision making Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
