APAC Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Third-party Contractor)

About the Team: Our TikTok Global Functions Talent Acquisition team supports critical hiring for Global Legal, Global Public Policy, TikTok Operations & PMO, Global Brand & Communications and Global CSR across over 10+ countries in APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels
  • Conduct screening calls for high quality talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualification: 5 years of recruitment experience, either in a search firm, agency or in-house.
