About The Job

As the Head of Property, you will oversee the Asia Pacific region and manage a sizable team. Your responsibilities include leading resource allocation, ensuring effective team performance, and driving business growth.

You will be involved in risk assessment and decision-making for the team and the overall business, including evaluating reports, appraisals, and financial data to determine risk factors and ensure compliance with regulations.

This role is suited for someone experienced in monitoring underwriting portfolios, analyzing data, and preparing performance reports to identify issues and implement corrective actions to enhance profitability across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate is ambitious, driven, creative, and impactful.

Skills & Experience Required
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in property or commercial lines underwriting
  • Strong leadership and team management experience with a successful track record
  • Multinational exposure and understanding of guidelines across the Asia Pacific region
  • Strong commercial acumen and innovative thinking
  • Experience managing P&L and stakeholder relationships
