We are seeking a Head of Facilities and Property, SEA to provide strategic oversight of facilities operations across the region, acting as the primary escalation point for Hub, Site and Country Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to both clients and colleagues, while maintaining compliance with local regulations and alignment with global standards. Operating within financial parameters set by the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, you will identify opportunities to streamline vendor management, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

The Head of Facilities and Property, SEA promotes a proactive, solution-oriented culture by empowering local teams to anticipate and address issues before they escalate. You will recognize and support a variety of office operation models—ranging from traditional offices to hybrid and shared environments—ensuring each receives appropriate levels of service and attention.

In collaboration with other Regional Head of Facilities, you will also support the sharing of best practices and the development of scalable global solutions for common challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional FM Oversight & Consistency: Oversee end-to-end facilities management services across regional real estate portfolio
  • Regional team leadership: Manage to mentor a cross-border FM team, building positive team culture and leadership bench strength
  • Escalation point: Act as the senior escalation point for Hub and Site Facilities Managers
  • Service delivery: Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to clients and colleagues across all sites
  • Compliance & governance: Monitor key performance metrics and uphold global governance and compliance standards
  • Risk & efficiency: Proactively identify and resolve operational risks, inefficiencies, and service gaps
  • Tools & guidance: Equip Hub and Site Managers with the tools and guidance to take preventative action
  • Knowledge sharing: Foster a forward-thinking, knowledge-sharing culture across all locations
  • Vendor management: Oversee performance and compliance of local & regional vendors
  • Cost optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities through contract centralization and service consolidation
  • Procurement collaboration: Collaborate with Procurement and Legal on RFP process, contract execution as well as vendor governance
  • Regional alignment: Collaborate with peer Regional Facilities Managers to align operations and share regional insights
  • Global best practices: Facilitate cross-regional knowledge exchange to establish global best practices
  • Strategic recommendations: Provide recommendations to the Global Facilities Head for strategic consideration and adoption
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partnerships: Partner with IT, HR, Legal & Compliance to ensure workplace operations support business goals
  • Representation: Represent the facilities function in regional forums and change initiatives
  • Budget adherence: Operate within budgetary guidelines set by the Global Facilities Manager and CFO
  • Financial insights: Track and report on expenditure, providing insights to support cost forecasting and financial planning
Strategic & Compliance Support
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the region
  • Global initiatives: Support the execution of global initiatives including sustainability, space planning, and workplace transformation projects
  • Innovation: Act as a thought leader in workplace innovation and technology adoption to bring operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Brand alignment: Ensure all regional offices reflect Vistra's brand identity in a cost-effective manner, aligned with the Global 5-Year Estate Plan
  • Moves & redesigns: Provide regional insights and guidance on office moves, redesigns, and rebranding needs across various workplace models
  • Renovation management: Manage real estate renovation projects according to Corporate Branding Guidelines
  • Functional requirements: Advise on functional and operational requirements related to real estate changes
Key Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years in Facilities and Property Management, ideally with focus on outsourcing and contract governance
  • Working background from an FM service provider is preferred
  • Accreditation of IFMA or RICS will be advantageous
  • A solid understanding of Vistra’s structure, operations, and business model is essential
  • Strong cross-cultural communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven skill in contract negotiation, SLA/KPI design and vendor performance management
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage escalations, standardize service delivery, and support global initiatives
  • Ability to influence senior executives and align FM strategy with core business goals
