Als HR Business Partner vertaal je de HR-strategie naar de praktijk en zorgt er mee voor dat personeelsprocessen efficiënt, mensgericht en in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen verlopen, waarbij je fungeert als ondersteunende en adviserende partner voor leidinggevenden en bedienden en als strategische sparringpartner voor het management. Rol: Je verzorgt heldere, respectvolle en servicegerichte HR-communicatie en ondersteunt bij interne HR-projecten, inclusief changecommunicatie. Je fungeert als toegankelijk en betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, zodat informatie soepel en effectief wordt gedeeld. Je bent actief betrokken bij het versterken van de organisatiecultuur en de medewerkersbetrokkenheid. Je volgt de medewerkerstevredenheid en engagement surveys op en werkt samen met het management om de resultaten om te zetten in verbeterinitiatieven die betrokkenheid en motivatie vergroten. Je organiseert een gestructureerd en warm individueel onthaaltraject voor nieuwe medewerkers, in nauwe samenwerking met de leidinggevende. Je neemt de lead in het opzetten en coördineren van talent reviews en 9-boxsessies, en vertaalt de resultaten naar opvolgingsplannen en doelgerichte ontwikkelprogramma’s die bijdragen aan de continuïteit en groei van de organisatie. Je ondersteunt de loopbaan- en ontwikkeling planning van werknemers, rekening houdend met toekomstige competentiebehoeften en organisatie- ontwikkeling, waarbij je sterk inzet op interne mobiliteit. Je faciliteert beoordelings- en ontwikkelgesprekken en adviseert bij het opmaken van opvolgplannen. Daarnaast stimuleer en ondersteunt je een cultuur van continue feedback, en coach je leidinggevenden in hun rol als people manager, zodat zij hun teams effectief kunnen begeleiden en ontwikkelen. Je analyseert doorgroei- en uitstroomprocessen en identificeert kansen om het retentie van medewerkers te versterken. Je voert en evalueert exitgesprekken en vertaalt de bevindingen naar concrete opvolgacties. Je ondersteunt veranderingsprojecten en helpt bij het creëren van draagvlak binnen de organisatie. Je begeleidt leidinggevenden bij de menselijke kant van verandering en fungeert als actieve veranderingsambassadeur, waarbij je managers en medewerkers ondersteunt tijdens transities. Je onderhoudt een constructieve en effectieve samenwerking met vakbondsafgevaardigden in de dagelijkse operationele processen. Je ondersteunt initiatieven rond welzijn en psychosociaal evenwicht. Je werkt nauw samen met de diverse domein-experten binnen de HR afdeling: payroll, talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, global mobility, … en de HR collega’s van het regionale hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen. In deze rol combineer je operationele betrokkenheid met projectmatig werken.
