Business-driven Talent Acquisition Leader | Experienced Executive Search Professional | IHRP-CP Our client is a manufacturing multinational on an exciting growth journey and is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to run their HR operations for the region. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Oversee HR teams in China, Malaysia, and Singapore, serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders and site management to drive business and people priorities. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. Lead HR harmonization across regions by aligning policies, practices, and processes to ensure consistency and operational efficiency. Drive HR transformation and digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making. To be eligible for this role you will require: Degree-qualified with a HR-related discipline and at least 10-12 years of HR experience, primarily in business partnering roles within large international organisations. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, managing HR operations across multiple sites in Asia, with a strong emphasis on China. Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with regional stakeholders. Familiarity with Workday HRIS platform is preferred.
