Responsibilities
  • Directly Architect the On-Site Revenue Engine: You will design and own the entire on-site conversion strategy in collaboration with our Forbes Council CEO. Your data-driven roadmap will be the company roadmap.
  • Act with Radical Freedom: You will have the budget, our advanced AI-native stack, and autonomy to test, innovate, and scale winning strategies across the entire user journey without layers of approval.
  • Impact and Scope: You will influence a multi-million dollar revenue stream and help position Puffy as a premier luxury mattress brand globally.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • You have a 3+ year history of measurably lifting conversion rates for e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • You see the data beyond numbers: the story behind the click and the psychology behind the scroll, with a clear path to higher conversion rates.
  • You are a strategic problem-solver who understands that a winning test blends data, copy, and user experience.

Compensation and Tools
