Overview

CRO Manager (Build an AI-native global brand in Dubai) – on-site role in Dubai. Full relocation and visa sponsorship are provided. You will own and design Puffy's entire on-site revenue engine from our global HQ in Dubai and move beyond incremental optimization to build a world-class conversion ecosystem, writing the new playbook rather than proving a hypothesis.

We are seeking an architect to design the on-site revenue engine and deploy an AI-native toolbox to drive performance at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Directly Architect the On-Site Revenue Engine: You won't just run tests—you will work directly with our Forbes Council CEO to design and own the entire on-site conversion strategy. Your data-driven roadmap will be the company roadmap.
  • Act with Radical Freedom: Youll have the budget, our advanced AI-native stack, and autonomy to test, innovate, and scale winning strategies across the entire user journey without layers of approval.
  • Experience True Impact: You will see the direct line from your optimization roadmap to our multi-million dollar revenue stream, establishing Puffy as the premier luxury mattress brand on a global stage.
What You Need to Be Successful
  • You have a 3+ year history of measurably lifting conversion rates (CRO ) for e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • You see the story behind the data—the psychology behind the scroll and the path to a higher conversion rate.
  • You are a strategic problem-solver who understands that a winning test blends sharp data, persuasive copy, and seamless user experience.
