  • The job requires an experienced individual to strategize, plan, and implement influencer marketing campaigns in alignment with LuxaDermes" brand ethos and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle influencers on various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Threads, and Lemon8. Building enduring relationships with influencers and agencies is crucial, along with managing campaign budgets, contracts, and deliverables to ensure the production of high-quality content within set timelines. Monitoring campaign KPIs and optimizing for improved performance will be part of your duties, in addition to working closely with content, design, and digital teams to maintain a cohesive storytelling approach.The ideal candidate should possess at least 13 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or wellness sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role. A well-established network or profound knowledge of both emerging and top-tier Indian influencers is highly valued. A data-driven mindset, familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Meta Creator Studio, or influencer platforms (e.g., Winkl, One Impression, or Qoruz), and an awareness of social trends and the creator economy are advantageous. An enthusiasm for skincare, self-care, and storytelling is considered a significant asset.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
