Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team of influencer marketing professionals in Singapore, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create innovative campaign proposals that meet client objectives.
  • Manage the execution of impactful campaigns across various platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Nurture relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders, identifying opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Facilitate client meetings to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and successful campaign planning.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring contract compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Engagement, or Public Relations.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Strong organizational, project management, written, and verbal presentation skills.
  • Experience in livestream management and setup.
  • Able to balance creative and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
