Your role will involve cultivating relationships with influencers, crafting compelling content, analyzing data, and managing budgets effectively.If you are a creative and strategic marketing professional with a genuine interest in establishing impactful partnerships with influencers, along with a proven track record in influencer marketing, relationship management, and creating engaging campaigns, we welcome you to be part of our dynamic team.In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a stimulating and collaborative work environment, opportunities for career growth within the organization, and a comprehensive benefits package.Objectives of the role:- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals.- Identify and nurture relationships with influencers who resonate with the brand's values and target audience.- Collaborate with influencers to generate authentic and engaging content that connects with the target audience.- Negotiate and oversee influencer partnerships, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.- Analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, offer insights, and make optimization recommendations.Your responsibilities:- Conduct research to pinpoint relevant influencers within the brand's niche or industry.- Work closely with influencers to brainstorm creative concepts and content ideas.- Reach out to influencers and negotiate partnership terms, including compensation and deliverables.- Manage the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.- Monitor influencer-generated content for brand alignment and compliance with guidelines.- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of influencer campaigns.- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on influencer marketing performance.- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in influencer marketing.Required skills and qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.- Strong grasp of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation.- Creative flair for developing engaging and authentic influencer campaigns.- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and time management skills.- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.- Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with influencers and internal teams.- Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships.- Multilingual proficiency for effective communication in a diverse market.- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Suite, etc.)Preferred skills and qualifications:- Certification in influencer marketing or related certifications.- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.- Knowledge of content creation and storytelling.- Curious and creative mindset for developing innovative campaign ideas for influencers.- Experience in brand building, digital strategy, community management, influencer outreach, content creation, and industry trends.This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift hours and performance bonuses included.
