We’re searching for a Service Delivery Executive (Data Analytics) to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS

As a Service Delivery Executive, you are responsible to act as a focal point for all support related queries and issues. You will also contribute to and support on project work as and when required.

What will you do?

  1. Work with internal teams to understand asset management goals and data needs.
  2. Collect, organize, and maintain asset-related data from various sources.
  3. Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
  4. Assist in creating reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.
  5. Support the team in tracking asset performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Help streamline data entry, extraction, and reporting processes for efficiency.
  7. Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide insights to improve asset utilization.
  8. Maintain documentation of processes, reports, and key findings for future reference.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. Strong analytical skills with an interest in using data to support asset management decisions.
  2. Proficiency in Excel for data organization, reporting, and basic analysis; knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel charts) to create clear and informative reports.
  4. Basic understanding of data management and reporting techniques; exposure to statistical analysis is beneficial but not required.
  5. Good communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  7. A proactive and self-motivated team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
  8. Any prior experience or coursework related to asset management, operations, or data analysis is a plus.
  9. Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or relevant work experience).
