Responsibilities Support Loyalty Program Operations: Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations of the Membership Rewards Program. Assist in Partnership Coordination: Coordinate relationships with key merchants, brands, and service providers in the rewards ecosystem. Marketing Campaign Execution: Support content development, scheduling, and performance tracking across channels. Customer Experience Support: Identify areas of improvement in the customer journey and support initiatives to enhance engagement and satisfaction through digital tools. Data & Reporting Assistance: Collect, organize, and analyze program data to support reporting and generate insights. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as product, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth campaign delivery and program support. Administrative & Project Support: Provide support for ongoing projects, team meetings, and documentation. Qualifications 1 – 3 years of working experience. Prior experience with cards, financial services market, premium lifestyle products, and loyalty programs an added advantage. Strong sense of personal accountability and experience in process efficiency improvement. Experience in card member life‑cycle engagement, marketing operation management, and deployment & monitoring, including understanding of digital marketing and capabilities. A team player with strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate across Lines of Business. Meticulous with attention to detail and strong work ethics and integrity.
