Community Partnerships & Grant Management Manager Community partnerships and grant management manager role overseeing marketing strategy, outreach, grant proposal, funding, events, and community engagement. Responsibilities Part of team overseeing overall EPL marketing strategy and implementation plans of key programs and fundraising events. Support all internal and external communications, ensuring the Charity's branding is consistent and all messaging is aligned to the Charity's corporate strategy. Nurture and maintain new and existing corporate community partnerships, plan and implement the strategy for programs and events to raise awareness and promote the Charity's cause. Explore, develop, and market outreach programs with beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, corporates, community groups, government agencies as appropriate to promote disability & inclusion, the services of the Charity and to fundraise to support its programs. Where appropriate, engage families from the special needs community with meaningful activities that the charity organizes. Assist in organizing and planning of annual signature fundraising and advocacy events. Identify and research potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources. Prepare, write, and submit grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding requirements and organizational goals. Develop and maintain a grants calendar to track application deadlines, reporting requirements, and renewal opportunities. Manage grant reporting, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, including budget tracking and program impact documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and data for grant applications and reporting. Build relationships with grant-making organizations and funding partners to enhance opportunities for securing funding. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field of study. 1-3 years of working experience in related fields or industries. Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute. Positive attitude.
