We’re looking for a talented, driven Regional Director, Indonesia with great energy, passion and initiative. This is a first line leadership position, to lead a highly talented team of ICs to develop and grow the Indonesian market. The Regional Director for Indonesia is focused on developing and implementing a sales growth and development strategy for Indonesia. This strategy aims to increase revenue, acquire new customers, expand the footprint on our install base, and facilitate recruitment. Their efforts are crucial in driving awareness and new business acquisition for MongoDB, the world's fastest-growing database. As the Regional Director, with a focus on Recruitment, Enablement and Execution for the Indonesian team, you will drive revenue and assure the continued successful trajectory of this strategically important region. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Singapore for our hybrid working model, with frequent travel to Indonesia. What you will be doing Develop and grow our footprint in the Indonesian market directly and via our partners Coach the Sales team to close business and to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives Enable the team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline Proactively recruit and develop Enterprise Sales Executives Foster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities Work closely with the Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction and with Marketing to conduct seminars, trade shows and other marketing related events Be an example of MongoDB culture and values; live them, and inspire others What you will bring to the table Proven experience with growing and expanding opportunities in the Indonesian market Proven experience in building & leading high performing sales teams Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise software technology Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organization Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities About MongoDB MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market.
