About the Role

You’ll own Hengbao International’s IoT P&L across SEA, South Asia, Middle East & Africa, leading a lean team today (10+ headcount) and scaling it. You’re the go-to leader for our global telco partners in driving revenue, market share, and innovation in SIM cards, MAM/OTA management, mobile security, MVNO issuance platforms, and NFC-SWP solutions.

This role is location-flexible across any of our key APMEA markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional go-to-market plan to hit annual revenue & profitability targets
  • Identify new telco & enterprise opportunities; recommend new product enhancements
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles with global operators, MVNOs, and system integrators
  • Build executive relationships; negotiate multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts

Team Development

  • Hire, mentor & scale a high-performing sales + technical support organization
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Lead competitor monitoring, customer needs assessments, and trend analysis
  • Translate insights into pricing, packaging, and positioning recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations & R&D to ensure delivery excellence
  • Partner with HQ to align on roadmap, resourcing, and go-to-market investments

The ideal candidate will bring

  • 15+ years’ experience across 2G–5G SIM platforms, MAM/OTA management, mobile security, NFC-SWP and MVNO systems
  • You’ll have a proven track record of closing large-scale telco deals in multiple regions and have owned a P&L, building and scaling teams from the ground up
  • You’re equally comfortable setting the strategic vision and rolling up your sleeves to drive execution
  • As a cross-cultural communicator, you’re fluent in English, and any additional regional languages are a strong plus.
