
HR System Administrator

Job Scope:
· Support the data migration project for trial conversions, assisting with the transition of HR data from current HR systems to a new Workday platform.
· Collaborate with the project team and vendors to ensure HR data is properly mapped between current systems and Workday format, in accordance with prescribed data specifications.
· Input and organise HR data into a Data Gathering Workbook, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
· Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR records to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, including outdated information, duplicates, or missing details in employee profiles and HR transactions.
· Maintain data quality by regularly reviewing and updating HR records, ensuring information is current and accurate.
· Support the HR team in basic troubleshooting of data-related issues.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
· Experience in Project Cumulus with public service agencies
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
· Meticulous attention to details and data.
Contract Period: 3 months to 1 year
Salary: $18/hour
Location: Toa Payoh
