Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term HR strategies, plans, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and retention.
  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and enforce company-wide HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and payroll programs.
  • Employee Relations: Handle conflicts, grievances, and exit interviews while fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Payroll & HR Systems: Manage payroll cycles and maintain accurate HR MIS records.
  • HR Leadership: Lead and supervise the HR team, ensuring effective operations and providing strategic guidance.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the HR department’s budget.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze HR data, track key metrics, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Organizational Culture: Promote and sustain a positive, productive company culture aligned with business objectives.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • IHRP-CP (Certified Professional) certification required.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align HR with business goals.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret HR data and trends.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor laws, and talent management.
