What You'll Be Doing- Guide leaders and employees regarding company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration, and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and promptly.
- Develop programs to enhance the employee experience, such as employee development, talent growth;
- Coach and train managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Ensure that the managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally communicate with employees.
- Devise strategies and plans to ensure a positive working environment.
- Oversee the employee handbook and culture playbook.
- Help administer the performance management process.
- Partner with the Recruiting and Marketing teams to showcase the company's unique culture and build awareness of the company as a great place to work.
- Know how to measure the Employee Engagement Score (EES) and implement related programs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in product and engineering within the internet, high-tech, or financial services industry.
- Comprehensive HR experience including employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, engagement, and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work across different time zones and cultures.
- Growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, and integrity.
- Ability to motivate, influence, and coach at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Experience in a global high-tech company.
- Passion for crypto/blockchain.
- Global exposure and cross-cultural understanding.
- Some proficiency in Mandarin.
