Key Responsibilities

As a key member of their Human Resources team, the Senior HR Business Partner will play a key strategic role in executing HR initiatives. You will have the platform to step up and closely interact with your business leaders to ensure workforce planning and talent strategies are consistently aligned with the business objectives. As the organization is committed to its expansion and digital acceleration plans, you will need to drive change management efforts and support organizational design efforts.

Ideal Profile

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with at least 12-15 years of experience, with a strong track record in strategic business partnering. Prior experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments is highly desirable. That said, the client is open to consider candidates from diverse industry backgrounds to bring fresh perspectives and combine best practices for the journey ahead. As a strategic HR professional, you are able to articulate how you have successfully navigated business challenges, influenced stakeholders, and balanced strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
