Role Overview The role is responsible for driving student recruitment from the Indonesia market and managing all related marketing and recruitment activities in both Indonesia and Singapore. The position aims to attract high-quality applicants to MDIS programmes, achieve recruitment targets, and strengthen MDIS's brand presence in the Indonesia market and region. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement student recruitment strategies for the Indonesia market to achieve enrolment and revenue goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including marketing campaigns, information sessions, education fairs, and partnership engagement with agents and institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, school counsellors, alumni, and institutional partners to increase student conversion rates. Work closely with the admission team to ensure smooth application processing, admissions follow-up, and student onboarding. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and student behaviour to identify new recruitment opportunities. Ensure effective communication and consistent brand messaging in all marketing and promotional materials targeting the Indonesian market. Prepare regular reports on student applications, conversion rates, and marketing performance to support management decisions. Represent MDIS at education events, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings in Indonesia and Singapore. Work towards achieving and exceeding annual recruitment targets while ensuring a high level of professionalism and service quality. Experience and Qualifications Required Preferably possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, International Business, or a related field. Prior experience in student recruitment with a strong understanding of the Indonesia market. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, agents, and stakeholders. Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment. Willing to travel frequently to Indonesia and other assigned markets. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
