So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.About The RoleAs the Country Manager for Singapore, you will be the strategic and operational leader for Pure Storage’s business in the market. You will be responsible for driving growth, building high-performance teams, deepening partner and customer relationships, and ensuring the execution of Pure Storage's mission and culture. Reporting directly to regional leadership, this role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact, cross-functional team while scaling our business and brand presence across Singapore.What You Will Be DoingLead & Inspire Teams: Provide strong leadership to the Singapore sales team and cross-functional groups including Systems Engineering, Marketing, Partner Accounts, and Customer Success teams. Embed Pure’s values and collaborative culture in all aspects of team operations. Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive consistent overachievement of revenue goals, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and new customer acquisition. Ensure each Account Executive achieves or exceeds their quota through coaching, development, and performance management. Operational Excellence: Manage and review weekly pipeline, forecast, and sales activity. Identify and resolve performance gaps, while ensuring rigorous deal execution and high win rates. Partner Ecosystem Growth: Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, strategic alliances, and key stakeholders across the partner landscape to expand market presence. Customer Engagement: Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts. Foster long-term relationships with enterprise customers, senior IT executives, and C-suite stakeholders. Talent Acquisition & Development: Attract, hire, and develop top talent. Build a scalable, high-performing team that reflects Pure’s culture of innovation, excellence, and inclusion. Market Expansion & Innovation: Identify and drive new vertical and customer opportunities, adapting to local market dynamics and staying ahead of technology trends. Internal Collaboration: Align closely with HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other regional teams to ensure operational integrity, compliance, and alignment with global initiatives. What You Bring To The TeamLeadership Experience: 15+ years of progressive sales experience in IT infrastructure or enterprise technology, including 5+ years in a senior sales leadership or country manager role. Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven track record in selling complex, high-value enterprise solutions and managing large strategic accounts in industries like Financial Services, Telco, Government, and Manufacturing. Team Builder: Demonstrated success in recruiting, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales and cross-functional teams. Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities with a focus on growth, market share, and operational excellence. Relationship Builder: Established network and ability to influence senior stakeholders—internally and externally. Ability to be the "face of the company" in the local market. Cultural Champion: A hands-on, people-first leader who fosters an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Business Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, make sound investment decisions, and ensure full compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive, clear, and confident in delivering messages at all organizational levels. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
