Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the School is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 120 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 2,000 are graduate students.
We invite applications for the position Senior Assistant Manager at EEE, NTU. The role is to support the strategic planning and operational management of academic programmes within the assigned department
Key Responsibilities
Managing program budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to support departmental objectives.
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance program quality and student experience.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote program excellence and innovation.
Utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in program outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in educational administration or program management.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
Previous experience in data analytics or statistical analysis is advantageous.
Familiarity with higher education policies and accreditation standards is beneficial.
Experience in budget management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement within an academic setting.
