They’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead commercial growth, sales strategy, and asset performance driving occupancy, yield, and partnership opportunities across their expanding portfolio. About the Role This is a hands-on, strategic commercial leadership role where you’ll oversee the full sales and asset performance function — from revenue planning and pipeline management to business development and client experience. You’ll manage a small team and work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Community, Design, and Asset Management to deliver strong occupancy and financial outcomes across multiple lifestyle concepts. Key Responsibilities Lead the full sales and commercial strategy to achieve occupancy, yield, and revenue targets. Develop quarterly sales and asset performance plans aligned with forecasted capacity and growth goals. Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation and qualification to onboarding and renewal. Collaborate with the Asset Management team to optimize space utilization, pricing strategy, and revenue mix. Build compelling pitch materials and client presentations that capture the brand’s value proposition. Manage internal sales workflows, CRM data, and performance tracking to ensure accuracy and accountability. Mentor and develop a small, high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration. Partner cross-functionally with Community, Operations, and Design to ensure a seamless client and brand experience. About You 8–10 years of experience in sales, ideally within coworking, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle asset management. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue optimization, space planning, and asset performance. Proven track record in driving revenue growth, building relationships, and closing deals. Strong leadership skills such as able to bring structure, accountability, and clarity to team performance. High-energy and performance-driven, with a goal-oriented mindset and strategic approach. Confident communicator with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders at all levels. Bonus: Experience in a founder-led or fast-paced, independent company environment.
