Head of Business Development (Singapore) We are APAC’s #1 Food Management Platform. We are part of Berlin‑based B2B Food Group, which is active in eight countries with more than 3,000 partners, including some of the most prominent enterprises in finance, tech, and law. This is a pivotal moment for our growth in Asia, and we’re looking for someone in Singapore who’s ready to lead the charge – engaging with clients and vendors, opening new doors, and shaping how workplace food is experienced in Singapore. About the Role As our Head of Business Development (Singapore) , you’ll take the lead in acquiring and growing new enterprise customers. This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing role focused on identifying prospects, pitching tailored solutions, and closing deals that redefine workplace hospitality. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and office managers – managing the full sales cycle from first outreach to onboarding while acting as the face of EatFirst in the Singapore market. You’ll take full ownership of the market, with a focus on driving topline growth, improving margins, and building strong relationships with local vendors and customers to position EatFirst as the leading workplace food partner in Singapore. Key Responsibilities New Customer Acquisition: Identify and close mid‑to‑large business accounts across catering and workplace food services. Client Meetings: Engage directly with decision‑makers to understand needs and present tailored solutions. Market Development: Shape EatFirst’s presence in Singapore by sharing insights to refine our offering across operations, customer experience, and go‑to‑market strategy. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with procurement teams, office managers, and senior stakeholders. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with ops, customer care, and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with key local vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and alignment with customer needs. Operational Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between commercial and operational teams to ensure seamless execution and service quality. Skills and Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles. Relationship‑Driven: Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients at all levels, from office managers to procurement leads. Growth Orientation: Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with limited structure; excited to shape and grow a market with high potential. Strategic Mindset: Able to understand customer needs, tailor solutions, and think proactively about long‑term opportunities. Independent & Collaborative: Operates well independently but enjoys working with cross‑functional teams and international stakeholders. Singapore‑Based: Must be based in Singapore with the ability to meet clients in person.
