Head, Business Development – C‑Suite Partners A leading regional healthcare group with a strong presence across multiple Asian markets is seeking a Head, Business Development to drive strategic growth, innovation, and long‑term market positioning within its home market. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role has been newly established to deliver a more forward‑looking and commercially focused business development function. The Head, Business Development will play a pivotal role in identifying emerging opportunities, developing strategic accounts, and shaping new products and partnerships to strengthen the company’s competitive edge in Singapore’s evolving healthcare landscape. This is a senior commercial leadership role with strategic influence across all Singapore business lines, including clinical services and third‑party administration. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in business development or corporate development within healthcare, insurance, or related industries. Deep understanding of Singapore’s healthcare and insurance ecosystem, with established networks across insurers, healthcare providers, and brokers. Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving new growth initiatives and delivering measurable market impact. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively from operational to C‑suite levels. High energy, drive, and commitment to deliver results in a fast‑paced, opportunity‑driven environment, including flexibility to attend client or networking events outside regular hours.
