We are a great team and also have a lot of fun Responsibilities Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor. Deeply understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing, content, and social video strategies. Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities, and present proactive recommendations that add measurable business value. Manage complex stakeholder relationships and handle escalations with diplomacy and clarity. Upselling & Account Growth: Identify and develop opportunities to expand existing client relationships through new services, campaigns, and markets. Confidently lead upsell conversations by linking new initiatives to clear business outcomes. Partner with creative and strategy teams to design compelling proposals and growth plans. Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s business priorities to position Oysterly Media as a long-term strategic partner. Consistently deliver revenue growth through proactive planning, cross-team collaboration, and data-driven insights. Commercial Growth: Own revenue and retention targets for assigned accounts. Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. Oversee proposals, contracts, and scopes of work to ensure commercial accuracy and delivery feasibility. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the client service team to deliver world-class client service. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and create growth pathways for your team. Champion collaboration across departments to ensure seamless project execution and communication. Operational Excellence: Implement systems and processes that maintain consistency, quality, and profitability across accounts. Oversee client satisfaction programs and feedback loops to continuously improve delivery standards. Ensure every piece of work meets Oysterly Media’s creative and strategic benchmarks. Strategic Planning & Insight: Use insights and data to inform client strategy, optimise campaigns, and drive measurable outcomes. Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in client leadership roles within a creative agency, publisher, media, or marketing environment. Proven track record in managing global clients and multi-market campaigns. You’re a strategic and creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media and a genuine love for how it connects people and brands. You have a sharp sense of what makes content stand out and perform. Skilled in upselling and negotiation, with a proven ability to identify opportunities that drive revenue while strengthening client partnerships. Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, profitability, pricing models, and account growth. You’re a creative and strategic thinker who inspires both clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding work. You lead by example and motivate teams to continuously raise the bar by setting the standard for excellence across service, strategy, and delivery.
