Executive, HR Administrator role for the Group. We are looking to fill the position of Executive, HR Administrator for the Group.
Responsibilities- Managing and coordination of entire HR processes with various stakeholders
- Managing talent acquisition processes that include job postings, screenings and interviews
- Handling onboarding and offboarding clearances and other HR letters issuances
- Maintaining accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to implement and foster effective HR processes and standards
- Submitting applications for work passes and claims for government-paid leaves
- Administration of HR policies and payroll preparation
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Good organizing skills, meticulous and able to work independently
- Digital proficiency in leveraging tools and systems to perform HR duties
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with passion for contributions, growth and development with the Company
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
