to manage various administrative and HR tasks while supporting the Managing Director.
Responsibilities :
Insurance Management
Liaise with insurance providers to manage office policies, including Fire Insurance, Workmen Compensation, and other corporate policies.
Office Lease Management
Coordinate with landlords on office lease agreements and renewals.
Executive Support
Assist the Managing Director with scheduling, correspondence, and managing confidential documents.
HR Support
Maintain staff records, assist in recruitment processes, and oversee employee welfare activities.
Office Administration
Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain well-organized filing systems.
Coordination and Communication
Act as a liaison between teams, service providers, and relevant parties.
Event Planning
Assist in organizing internal meetings, office events, and staff activities.
Requirements :
Previous experience in administrative or HR roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HR systems.
Preferred :
Experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous.
Familiarity with local employment laws and HR best practices.
