Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking to fill position for: Executive, HR Administrator for the Group

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and coordination of entire HR processes with various stakeholders
  • Managing talent acquisitions processes that includes job postings, screenings and interviews
  • Handles onboarding and offboarding clearances and other HR letters issuances.
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and foster effective HR processes and standards.
  • Submit applications for work passes and claims for government-paid leaves.
  • Administration of HR policies and payroll preparation.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

What we're looking for

  • Good organizing skills, meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Digital proficiency in leveraging tools and systems to perform HR duties.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Self Starter with passion for contributions, growth and development with the Company.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
