Pricing Executive

Overview The Pricing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing pricing models and strategies that support business growth and profitability across Southeast Asia. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure pricing decisions are informed by market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive intelligence. Responsibilities Design and propose pricing strategies tailored to regional market conditions, customer segments, and product portfolios. Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer purchasing behaviour to inform pricing decisions. Monitor internal margin on product and portfolio level. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing with promotional campaigns, margin targets, and revenue goals. Use tools such as Excel, Power BI to analyse pricing performance and recommend adjustments. Assist in implementing pricing-related corporate initiatives, including digitalisation, automation, and process improvement. Ensure pricing documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Requirements and skills Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or commercial analysis. Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and cross-border pricing dynamics. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in logistics, industrial components, or B2B distribution is a plus. Detail-oriented and proactive. Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
