So that together we can support even more people - including our own - to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.***If you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.****About the Role**Work with Head of Operations, Claims, Healthcare, other Group Stakeholders across AIA and current and existing providers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to drive and implement strategic initiatives and projects to support AIA’s Integrated Healthcare Strategy (IHS). The role includes co-creating strategy, steerage and customer journey across Corporate Solutions and Healthcare to strengthen product proposition, strengthen health and wellness ecosystem and ensure sustainability of the Corporate Solutions portfolio and synergies across AIA Singapore.Responsibilities:* Lead the Healthcare Partnership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives including benefit redesign and steerage to enhance medical services and expand networks (within Singapore and regionally), to achieve our KPIs of VONB, OPAT, and ANP including collaboration with Healthcare, Life Ops on joint healthcare initiatives.* Onboard and perform due diligence on new providers and/or new initiatives with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure adhere to regulatory and AIA guidelines* Collaborate with Provider management and Healthcare team on oversight of the network providers in ensuring they comply with the outsourcing requirements, meeting service delivery standards, active clinics management and achieving cost containment initiatives including performing annual audit and due diligence.* Review and collaborate with Operations , Claims, Healthcare and Analytics to enrich data quality for healthcare analytics and provider management* Represent Corporate Solutions at Healthcare Steerco to drive and provide insights on Integrated Healthcare Strategy relating to Corporate Solutions and Joint Healthcare initiatives including submissions to Group Office on healthcare specific targets and KPIs.* To join regular engagement of key providers , intermediaries and key clients to showcase healthcare partnerships , benefit design changes and steerage opportunities.* Develop business case(s) and obtain stakeholder approval for various opportunities / initiatives identified.* Support vertical integration with healthcare providers to build a seamless, end-to-end ecosystem by forging strategic partnerships and embedding provider capabilities into our operational framework, enhancing service delivery and optimizing cost efficiency.Requirements:* Degree holder* At least 8-12 years working experience in corporate solutions, health insurance , medical providers and/or third party administrators (TPAs) supporting corporates* Strong understating of healthcare system in Singapore* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively* Able to work in dynamic environment , manage complexity and outcome focused* Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and managing senior stakeholders* Strong and effective communication, interpersonal relationship skills and a team player*Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.**You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
