Head of Partnership and Business Development Our client is a leading international education group with a strong portfolio of premium institutions across Asia. They are hiring a Head of Partnerships & Business Development to strengthen market presence, drive strategic collaborations, and build meaningful community and corporate networks. Key Responsibilities Build partnerships with corporates, expat associations, international chambers, nurseries, and education consultants to enhance visibility and lead generation. Represent the organisation at community events, forums, tradeshows, and webinars. Drive sponsorships, commercial collaborations, and facility leasing opportunities to support revenue growth. Develop community programmes, joint initiatives, and family engagement activities that reinforce brand positioning. Establish industry-linked learning opportunities through corporate engagement (e.g., internships, innovation projects). Engage relocation firms, corporate employers, and consultants to increase enquiries and enrolments. Lead a small partnerships team and report on engagement outcomes and market insights to senior leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, admissions, or community engagement. Strong commercial mindset and track record in securing collaborations. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. Understanding of Singapore’s education ecosystem is advantageous.
