Job Summary
The Transformation Partner is a versatile and strategic role within Prudential Singapore's Transformation Office, designed to support the broad spectrum of the Northstar initiative's program management needs while providing dedicated partnership to one or two specific Pillars. This role is essential for ensuring that transformation efforts are not only strategically aligned but also practically executed with efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. As a Transformation Partner, you will leverage your program management expertise to enhance the infrastructure and governance of the Transformation Office's initiatives, while acting as the main conduit for collaboration, planning, and execution for designated Pillar(s). This dual focus ensures a holistic approach to transformation, combining broad support with deep, focused engagement in specific areas of strategic importance.
Key Responsibilities- Broad Program Management Support: Offer program management support across the Transformation Office, enhancing the execution framework, tools, and processes to ensure best practices are applied universally.
- Pillar-Specific Partnership: Serve as the primary Transformation Partner for one or two strategic Pillars, ensuring end-to-end execution of initiatives from planning to completion. This involves close collaboration with Pillar leads, aligning Pillar-specific strategies with the overall transformation goals.
- Strategic Alignment and Execution: Ensure initiatives within the designated Pillars are strategically aligned with Prudential Singapore’s transformation objectives, facilitating smooth execution and achievement of milestones.
- Infrastructure and Governance Enhancement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of program management infrastructure, including templates, folder structures, and governance mechanisms, to support efficient operation across all initiatives.
- Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify and address risks and changes within Pillar initiatives, working in concert with the Head of Programme Management to devise and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Actively engage with and manage stakeholders within the designated Pillars and across the organization, ensuring clear communication, buy-in, and support for the transformation efforts.
- Strategic Agility : Demonstrates a keen ability to anticipate future trends and consequences accurately, crafting adaptable strategies. You are adept at creating competitive and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action.

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, transformation, or strategy, with a proven track record of successful execution of complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes, with prior experience in a matrix organization being highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related fields. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in project management, strategy, or change management are advantageous.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) are desirable.
- Familiarity with change management principles and certifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) would be a plus. Background or certification in strategic management would add value.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority and drive initiatives forward amidst ambiguity and change.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset that enables effective decision-making.
- Adaptability and resilience, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities and challenges as the transformation journey evolves.
- A collaborative spirit, with a focus on building strong partnerships across business units and functions to achieve shared goals.
