Head of Admissions

• The position of Head of Admissions at Lumiere Research Scholar Program is a critical role within Lumiere Education, a rapidly growing edtech company dedicated to providing Oxford-tutorial-like experiences to students worldwide. As the Head of Admissions, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated individuals and oversee the processing of student applications, matching them with mentors, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process onto the program.Your responsibilities will include leading a team of admissions specialists and interviewers to review and onboard thousands of student applications, building systems to enhance onboarding processes and student conversions through various referral channels, maintaining communication with PhD candidates and students from diverse backgrounds, and managing scholarship provisions for students through the non-profit foundation.The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent operational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and 1-3 years of experience in a high-intensity startup, consulting, finance, or law firm environment.
