Vice President, Senior Business Analyst (Cash Management) We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Senior Business Analyst to function as a Cash Management Subject Matter Expert within the Information Technology Department under the Asian Systems Office of MUFG . The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team responsible for Transaction Banking applications, with a focus on cash management for corporate customers. Job Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to facilitate standardization of requirements, aligning with application functions and minimizing customizations. Have an in-depth understanding of the cross-border payments domain and the application capabilities to facilitate solutioning of the end‑to‑end payment flow. Work with the business to enable them to develop processes that promote digitization and standardization of the product value proposition for customers. Provide the business users with global/regional solutions based on the understanding of the cash management domain and the application landscape in the bank. Have a working knowledge of the domestic payments landscape in APAC. Maintain a good understanding of the configurations maintained in the applications and how they impact system functionality across APAC. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge based on documents related to application features and processes as subject matter expertise. Job Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience as a business analyst specializing in the implementation of cash management solutions in APAC for the transaction banking business. Experience in a regional/global system implementation role for cash management solutions in other international banks, having been part of the full lifecycle from conception to post‑production support. Experience in payments and collections products (cross‑border & domestic), including virtual accounts in the corporate banking space. Practical experience in working with the business to provide advisory on developing to‑be processes and articulating requirements clearly. Demonstrated ability to guide the business on how an application fulfills requirements without customization. Experience working with systems analysts, developers, and testers to brief them on business requirements and validate solutions. Provide guidance to the Testing CoE on test scenarios that fulfill requirements. Knowledge in managing business issues raised during the testing phase, qualifying defects or changes, and attributing severity. Excellent knowledge of ISO20022 payment standard and SWIFT messages. Experience with Global PayPlus product from FINASTRA is an advantage. Familiarity with regulatory considerations for payments in APAC region. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills. Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and as a good team player.
