We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Senior Business Analyst to function as a Cash Management Subject Matter Expert within the Information Technology Department under Asian Systems Office. The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team in charge of the Transaction Banking applications, focusing on cash management for corporate customers. Job Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to facilitate standardization of requirements and align with application functions, minimizing customizations. Have an in‑depth understanding of the cross‑border payments domain and application capabilities to facilitate solutioning of the end‑to‑end payment flow. Work with the business to enable them to develop to‑be processes that promote digitization and standardization of the product value proposition to customers. Provide business users with global/regional solutions based on understanding of the cash management domain and the application landscape. Have a working knowledge of the domestic payments landscape in APAC. Good understanding of the configurations maintained in the applications and how they impact system functionality across APAC. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge based on documents related to application features and processes. Job Requirements Min 10 years of experience as a business analyst specializing in the implementation of cash management solutions in APAC for the transaction banking business. Experience in a business analyst role in regional or global system implementation for cash management solutions in other international banks, having been part of the full lifecycle from conception to post‑production support. Experience in payments and collections products (cross‑border & domestic), virtual accounts in the corporate banking space. Practical experience working with the business to provide advisory on developing to‑be processes and articulating requirements clearly. Demonstrated ability to guide the business on how an application fulfills requirements so it can be used without customization. Experience in working with systems analysts, developers, and testers to brief them on business requirements and to validate that the provided solution meets expectations. Provide guidance to the Testing CoE on test scenarios that fulfill requirements. Knowledge in managing business issues raised during testing, qualifying them as defects or changes, and attributing severity. Excellent knowledge of ISO20022 payment standard and SWIFT messages. Experience with Global PayPlus product from FINASTRA is an advantage. Familiarity with regulatory considerations in APAC countries for payments is essential. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong planning, organization, and time‑management skills. Self‑motivated with drive, ability to work independently, and a good team player.
