As part of their 2026 growth plans, they are seeking an exceptional (Global) Vice President - Payments to shape the future of their cross border payments business, while managing growing a geographically distributed team.Job DescriptionOur client, a late stage pre-IPO Fintech leaders are looking for a visionary and execution-driven Vice President - Payments to lead and scale their international payments business. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the P&L, drive product innovation, and lead cross-functional teams across Product, Business, Engineering, and Design. You will be responsible for spearheading all international expansion into SEA, US, and EU markets.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and scale the Cross Border Payments business end-to-end. Drive product development, execution, and go-to-market strategies. Lead and mentor high-performing teams; set scalable processes and systems. Build and nurture partnerships with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions globally. Define and execute long-term business and product strategy. Operate with an owner mindset and thrive in ambiguity and complexity. Lead an existing team of 40-50 headcounts and grow it further. The Successful ApplicantTo Be a Successful Application, You HaveProven experience in cross border payments across APAC, US, and EU. Strong track record in Sales & Business Unit growth. Deep understanding of the cross border ecosystem - banks, fintechs, and regulatory frameworks. Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and innovation. Analytical, data-driven, and customer-first mindset. Prior experience in a scale up would be incredibly helpful, having led teams of 100+ headcounts.
