Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding, sourcing qualified candidates through diverse channels, and conducting induction programs. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Provide strategic HR leadership by advising business leaders on people-related matters and offering solutions that support business objectives. Stay updated on employment laws and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary updates to internal policies and controls. Drive employee engagement initiatives, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and organize training programs, company events, and team-building activities. Administer monthly payroll, salary reviews, medical insurance, tax matters, and leave management with accuracy and confidentiality. Address general HR-related inquiries from employees, ensuring timely and professional support. Offer expert guidance to management on resolving HR issues and implementing best practices.
