Overview

  1. Oversee the branch’s overall operations, including business management, risk control, transaction processing, and personnel administration.
  2. Develop and implement departmental objectives aligned with the bank’s strategic goals, while optimizing workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  3. Maintain effective communication with business units, providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth execution of related operations.
  4. Advise business lines on critical organizational and human resources issues that impact management efficiency.
  5. Strive to achieve the wealth management sales targets assigned by the head office while fostering a service-oriented customer experience.
  6. Ensure that all sales activities adhere to internal branch policies and external regulatory requirements.
  7. Strengthen staff management and training programs to continuously improve the professional competencies and sales capabilities of wealth management advisors.
  8. Manage new residential mortgage loan applications and provide ongoing service and relationship management for existing mortgage clients.
  9. Build and maintain strong client relationships, promptly address customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above from recognized university.
  2. Professional Qualifications/Certificates: Passed the following examination and familiar with the following Rules and Regulations:
  3. Module 1B - Rules and Regulations for Dealing in Securities (Non SGX-ST members)
  4. Module 5 - Rules and Regulations for Financial Advisory Services
  5. Module 6 - Securities Product and Analysis
  6. Module 6A - Securities and Future Product Knowledge
  7. Module 8 - Collective Investment Schemes
  8. Module 8A - Collective Investment Schemes II
  9. Module 9 - Life Insurance and Investment – Linked Policies
  10. Module 9A - Life Insurance and Investment – Linked Policies II
  11. Certificate in Health Insurance
  1. Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related experience in Consumer banking and management roles.
  2. Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, proven team management capabilities, solid risk control awareness, and in-depth expertise in related business areas.
  3. Language Proficiency: Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate and support the Chinese-speaking customers.
