The Candidate shall possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification. 3.2 The Candidate shall have at least FOUR (4) years of working experience in the IT or Infocomm industry. The experience shall emphasize on operational support and maintenance activities. 3.3 The Candidate shall have a minimum of FOUR (4) years working experience in Singapore and proficiency in the maintenance of web applications. This includes expertise in both system administration and operational support aspects. 3.4 The Candidate shall have at least TWO (2) years of hands‑on work experience in Relational Databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server. 3.5 The Candidate must possess experience in supporting government projects and applications. They shall be proficient in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications, demonstrating the ability to perform the following activities: 3.5.1 Grants and reactivate access rights for user accounts via requests raised in a ticketing system. 3.5.2 Assist with system testing and verifications following infrastructure changes and system patches. 3.5.3 Liaise and follow up with external vendors on Level 2/3 support for troubleshooting issues/incidents and software development for change requests. 3.5.4 Ensure all reported incident tickets and service requests meet the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 3.5.5 Perform maintenance tasks and documentation reports in periodic and/or unplanned manners (ad‑hoc requests), as follows: 3.5.5.1 Generate reports for user access, application reviews, and other statistics purposes. 3.5.5.2 Perform User management and KPI management tasks. 3.5.5.3 Prepare production deployment for bug fixes and system enhancements. 3.5.5.4 Monitor schedule jobs / interfaces and follow up with remedy actions when necessary. 3.5.5.5 Conduct housekeeping of system logs and project documents when necessary. 3.5.5.6 Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned or required. 3.6 The Candidate shall have a good command of English and effective communications skills to interact and coordinate with end‑users. This includes gathering user requirements, communicating proposed vendor solution, supporting user acceptance testing, supporting end‑user training, and resolving issues with helpdesk agents and external vendors. 3.7 The Candidate is preferably to have hands‑on work experience in Warehouse Management System or equivalent logistic systems. 3.8 The Candidate is preferably to have hands‑on work experience in Procurement Management System or equivalent systems. 3.9 The Candidate is preferably to have hands‑on work experience in RabbitMQ and Redis message‑broker implementations, or other Message Broker technologies. 3.10 The Candidate is preferably to have at least TWO (2) years of working experience for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), including web services integration using REST based web services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
