We are looking for a Tivoli Expert for one of our clients. Your job scope is as follows: Overview Job Title: Global Talent Acquisition Specialist | Expert in Full-Cycle Recruitment & Employer Branding | Proven Success in APAC Regions Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) or equivalent workload automation tools. Design, implement, and optimize job schedules based on business requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot job failures, system issues, and performance bottlenecks. Work closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs. Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting (Bash, Python, etc.). Perform root cause analysis of job failures and provide long-term solutions. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of scheduling infrastructure. Maintain documentation for job flows, schedules, and system configurations. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience as an administrator of TWS, Control-M, or any enterprise-level workload scheduler. Strong experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting and system-level troubleshooting. Experience in job scheduling concepts, workload balancing, dependencies, calendars, etc. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based orchestration or scheduling tools. Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, etc.). Experience integrating workload automation tools with other enterprise systems.
