Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development and Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web3 institutional sales and business development, particularly in Market Making (MM) services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can organize internal systems, such as CRM, boost revenue, and articulate the vision of Enflux to external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience managing a small team and be comfortable working in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities Business Development and Sales Strategy

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Web3 token market ecosystem.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including token projects, exchanges, and institutional clients.

- Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of business development and sales professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Internal Systems and Processes

- Organize and optimize internal systems, including CRM, to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Implement best practices for sales operations and client management.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic partners.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.

Market Insights and Analytics

- Utilize Enflux's analytics services to provide clients with actionable market insights.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the Web3 ecosystem.

Vision and Advocacy

- Articulate and communicate the vision and value proposition of Enflux to external stakeholders.
- Represent Enflux at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Web3 institutional sales and business development, with a focus on Market Making services.
- Previous experience managing a small team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong understanding of the Web3 token market ecosystem.
- Excellent organizational and CRM management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
