Overview

Tech Recruitment Sourcing Specialist - Global eCommerce (Third-party Contractor). This is a 12-month contract to support the e-commerce team and work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders as part of TikTok's growth and expansion in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals, and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
  • Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., agencies).
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting efficiency (e.g., support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn, and other sourcing techniques); strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets to support business strategies; excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of sourcing experience in a high-volume tech environment (via search firm or in-house recruitment).
