Recruitment Sourcing Specialist (Third-party Contractor) - Global Product The Global Product team is building an engineering team for core TikTok products in Singapore, to ensure TikTok continues to grow, deliver the best product experience to all users, build attractive features, earn trust in privacy protection, and more. The team focuses on TikTok and its affiliates, building a team of top Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Operations. We work directly with stakeholders to help them grow their teams and businesses, and strive to bring the best HR practices and improve processes to enhance overall efficiency. We are seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join us. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with multiple stakeholders to support our continued rapid growth. This role is a 12-month full-time contract based in Singapore. Responsibilities Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels. Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business needs and goals are fulfilled. Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners. Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency. Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth. Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates. Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Proven experience with research/sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally and externally. Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners. Preferred Qualification: At least 2 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
