The Role

We are looking for a 360° Tech Recruiter with a strong focus on Business Development. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment while also growing and nurturing client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our tech client base, generating new opportunities, and ensuring successful talent delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening tech candidates to closing offers
  • Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Work closely with Tech clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
  • Collaborate internally to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment services
  • Meet and exceed individual targets for placements and business growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a 360° recruiter, ideally in staffing or recruitment services
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
