Overview What the role is: You are responsible for the implementation of Leadership Development (LD) initiatives in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). Responsibilities What you will be working on: Contextualise, develop, and review organisational development, organisational learning, and conceptual thinking content Collaborate with internal and external partners to translate content into curriculum, lesson plans, and learning activities Facilitate or teach related content in programmes and courses Ensure efficient and effective implementation and delivery of LD initiatives Challenge(s) Tailoring content for different levels of SAF leaders Qualifications At least 6 of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Leadership and management, Organisational development, Industrial and organisational psychology, Applied psychology, Knowledge management, Learning science, Statistical/market research, Instructional design, Training or Human capital leadership development Understanding of leadership development principles and practices Strong communication and facilitation skills Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
