DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role

The Senior Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assigned cybersecurity/networks product. This position is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge to post-sales, networks/cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey.
This role will report to Technical Manager.

As the Senior Solutions Engineer, you will:
  • Support calls for L1/L2 troubleshooting
  • Assist in healthcheck and upgrade for cybersecurity and network devices
  • Handle Project Kick off Meeting
  • Mounting/Relocation of cybersecurity/networks equipment
  • Configuration of cybersecurity/networks equipment
  • Migration of cybersecurity/networks equipment
  • User Acceptance Test
  • Draft documentation for project
  • Proactively manage customer’s expectations
  • Knowledge transfer to the partners or end users
  • Involve in the Vendor Training
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you The ideal Senior Solutions Engineer:
  • ITE or Diploma in IT/Network related field
  • Preferred to possess basic knowledge in networks or cybersecurity
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in multitasking and capable of excelling in a fast-paced work environment
  • Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Open to working beyond standard working hours
